Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times vary by location:

Within Cairo

  • Delivery Time: 2 business days from order confirmation
  • Orders placed before our daily cutoff time are processed the same day

Outside Cairo (All Other Regions)

  • Delivery Time: 3-4 business days or longer, depending on location
  • Remote areas may experience additional delays
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control

Note: Delivery times begin counting from the date your order is confirmed and processed, not from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change based on current logistics rates
  • No additional handling fees or logistics surcharges are applied

Free Shipping Offer

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over 1,000 EGP within 6th of October City
  • This offer applies to standard delivery only
  • Express or expedited shipping options (if available) may incur additional charges

Payment of Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed and charged at checkout
  • All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
  • Shipping costs are final and non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipment

Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of confirmation
  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the following business day
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed
  • A second notification will be sent when your order has been dispatched
  • Tracking information (if available) will be provided via email
