Delivery Times
Our standard delivery times vary by location:
Within Cairo
- Delivery Time: 2 business days from order confirmation
- Orders placed before our daily cutoff time are processed the same day
Outside Cairo (All Other Regions)
- Delivery Time: 3-4 business days or longer, depending on location
- Remote areas may experience additional delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control
Note: Delivery times begin counting from the date your order is confirmed and processed, not from the date of purchase.

Standard Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
- Prices are subject to change based on current logistics rates
- No additional handling fees or logistics surcharges are applied
Free Shipping Offer
- Free shipping is available on all orders over 1,000 EGP within 6th of October City
- This offer applies to standard delivery only
- Express or expedited shipping options (if available) may incur additional charges
Payment of Shipping Costs

- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
- Shipping costs are final and non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipment
